Prior to starting Setlmint, Kunal was Country Head (India) and Sr. Vice President Finance at Integreon (2011-2016) a global Knowledge Process Outsourcing company. In this role he led several operational, financial and technology transformation projects.
Prior to joining Integreon, Kunal was associated with starting up a leading business process outsourcing company Intelenet Global Services (2003-2011).
He held several senior management positions including CFO for Intelenet’s American business and Head of the Finance & Accounting outsourcing business.
In these roles he was instrumental in setting up and growing the Finance and Accounting outsourcing business from 0 to 700 plus FTEs. He was also responsible for leading the firm’s North American M&A strategy. He led the firm’s largest acquisition outside India and also managed integration and turnaround effort as the CFO.
Prior to joining Intelenet Kunal was Senior auditor at RSM & Co (2001-2003).

Prior to joining Symantec, Gargi was Sr Developer at Pavlov Media (2008-09) a tech startup in Champaign Illinois and worked on wifi mesh technology.
Prior to joining Pavlov Media, Gargi was a Senior Consultant and Project manager at TCS India (2007-08) and worked closely with large fortune 500 clients in North America.
Prior to joining TCS, Gargi was a Sr Project Leader at CDAC Pune (2003-2007). She worked on wireless technologies as a part of multiple Government of India sponsored transformation projects.
Prior to joining CDAC, Gargi worked as a Developer at E Funds Chennai (2000-01) and worked on mainframe technologies.
